ZHEJIANG AICHI MECHANICAL&ELECTRICAL CO.,LTD. was established on October 30, 2016. It is located in Pinghu Economic Development Zone, Zhejiang Province. It cooperates with Toyota Group Corporation’s Aichi Steel in Japan. The main business scope is magnetic powder, magnetic materials, inductors, and electronics. Product, engine and generator (set) parts manufacturing, sales and technical consulting services.

Up to now, the company mainly produces motor parts for automobiles, power tools, medical beds, etc. It provides Magfine magnets with high magnetic energy product ranging from 17MGOe to 23MGOe and magnetic circuit simulation analysis design to meet motor miniaturization, Lightweight and high efficiency requirements. Customers are all world-renowned manufacturers, such as Bosch, Makita, Aichi Technology, L&V, Tai Chong, etc. In order to improve production efficiency and enhance market competitiveness, automated production has been fully implemented, and the company is constantly improving and growing.

Development Path:

In 1987, Qiaozhi Electronics Co., Ltd. was established in Bade City, Taoyuan County, Taiwan.

In 1989, MQ bonding magnet was introduced into mass production and put on the market.

In 2003, obtained ISO 9001: 2000, 14001 certification.

2006, Sintered NdFeB magnets and rubber magnets were mass-produced and put on the market.

In 2006, Pinghu Qiaozhi Electronics Co., Ltd. (G.C.) was established in Pinghu Economic Development Zone, Zhejiang Province.

In 2007, transferred the technology of Japan Aichi Steel to produce anisotropic NdFeB bonded magnets (home appliances and automotive products) and established the Aichi Division.

In 2012, the injection magnet was introduced into mass production and put into the market.

In 2014, obtained ISO/TS-16949 certification.

In 2016, Zhejiang Aizhi Electromechanical Co., Ltd. (AME) was established in Zhejiang Pinghu Economic Development Zone (formerly Qiaozhi Electronics Aichi Division), which was wholly-owned by Pinghu Qiaozhi Electronics.

In 2017, Zhejiang Aizhi officially went into production.

In 2018, obtained IATF16949 (G.C./AME) certification.

In 2018, Aichi Steel invested in Zhejiang Aizhi Electromechanical Co., Ltd. (AME) and increased capital again in the second half of the year
